The International Office plays an important role in the international activities of the University. It acts as initiator, coordinator, facilitator and administrator of international activities and educational exchange programmes in general. Much emphasis is placed on sending students to foreign universities and in the establishment of students' placements in companies and organizations abroad.

In cooperation with the respective deparments, the International Office is also responsible for foreign guest professors and students in relation to, e.g. correspondence, information material, accomodation, registration, language courses, orientation etc.
