University have a well-developed system of counseling through The Educational Advising and Career Placement Center (CIPO), created in January 1997.

CIPO's main purpose is to offer the graduates and undergraduates the following career services:

• professional orientation and reorientation (career planning),

• educational advising for study opportunities at the "Al. I. Cuza" University or other national and international projects (career development),

• counseling for searching and obtaining a job (exploiting career opportunities),

• recruiting and placement for the graduates and undergraduates addressing CIPO, no matter their field of study.

ECTS student counselling

At the central level of the University, the ECTS Institutional Coordinator and the staff from the Department of International Relations will be able to help you with general questions related to studying in Iasi as an ECTS student. You will also find all kinds of materials containing comprehensive information on education at the Student Information Centre in the above mentioned Department.

At the level of each faculty, the ECTS coordinator will be pleased to help you with any problem that might arise.
